While most people check labels for sugar and carbs, which is a great way to maintain healthy habits, a hidden toxin to check for and avoid are 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐬!

A newborn adjustment requires no more force than that required to check the ripeness of a piece of fruit!🥑🍅

Why would my newborn baby need a healing adjustment, you may ask?!🧐 It is so important that we offer home adjustments for baby and mom! Pictured is Dottie getting her first atlas and sacral adjustments at age 2.5 weeks!🥳

Here are a few reasons:
1. Even the most perfect birth is hard on baby👶 (and mom)! Between epidurals, inductions, manual assistance, forceps, and c-sections, studies📉 show that 95% of us experience our first misalignments during the birthing process causing a dysregulated nervous system.
2. An indication that your baby has a dysregulated nervous system can include issues with latching, eating🍼, digesting, sleeping😴, or pooping. Colic is a very common indicator. Did you know that around 50-70% of our immune system is controlled by our gut?!
