You recently booked your first massage and aren't sure what to expect.

Let me help.

1. There may be intake forms (medications, conditions, goals, preferred essential oil scents). Try to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill the document out.

2. Not sure what to talk about? No problem. You can relax to the music or spa sounds. If you don't like silence, you can chat! Keep the convo light.

3. Wondering about how much to decloth? It's totally up to you! We are trained in draping techniques so you are secure.

4. Don't like the firm pressure, or maybe you'd like a smidge more? You can say so!

Regardless the question, ask your massage therapist so you have the most relaxing and goal-oriented massage.
