Our team of highly trained instructors lead you through a full body workout that is safe & effective. Mega Barre Youngstown believes that anyone and everyone should feel confident in their physical health and we pride ourselves to guide you to your best you ever. Lagree Fitness on Megaformers, Barre, Power Yoga, Circuit, dance cardio, Box Step, Kids Fitness, Workshops offered. Private sessions are available by appointment. Each class is 45-50minutes long, all ages, sexes and fitness levels are welcomed. We are proud to offer nutrition sessions for those interested in working with a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. Together we will get you to your goal weight, lower your risk of disease, boost your energy and drop inches. We will tweak your diet, emphasize the elimination of processed foods and drinks and work to increase your plant based foods, vegetables and whole all natural ingredients. It was no joke… and you made it 💪

Now it’s time to celebrate with our first ever Bingo Bash! 🎉

Dos:
✅ Keep your front knee on top of your ankle (aka the green line)
✅ Lift your back heel
✅ Bend your back knee slightly
✅ Square off your hips

Don’ts:
🚫 Move too fast
🚫 Lock out your knees
🚫 Hinge your chest forward & hold onto front handlebars
🚫 Tightrope your feet
