🌟 Successful Health & Wellness Session at the Senior Center 🌟

We would like to extend a sincere congratulations and thank you to Dr. Lefranc and our Patient Outreach team for a successful Health & Wellness session focused on Hypertension, held at the Senior Center on February 5th.

The session provided valuable education, meaningful conversations, and practical tools to support heart health and overall well-being within our senior community. We are grateful for the engagement from attendees and proud of our team’s continued commitment to health education and community outreach.
