Folks concerned about balance, stability, or fall risk are invited to attend an educational lecture hosted by Pinnacle Health Concepts on Friday, April 17 at 1:00 PM. Cost is $25

The event will take place at Pinnacle Health Concepts, located at 755 Boardman-Canfield Road, Building F-2, and is part of the clinic’s ongoing community lecture series focused on proactive health and wellness.

The session will be led by Jean McConnell-Copploe, a Boardman-based physical therapist, certified athletic trainer, and national lecturer specializing in balance and vestibular rehabilitation.

Attendees will learn:

The difference between static and dynamic balance
Common causes of balance problems
Simple, effective exercises to improve stability
Techniques inspired by both traditional therapy and Tai Chi

The lecture is especially helpful for those who feel unsteady on stairs, experience frequent bumps or bruises, or have concerns about falling.
