Hi! I just was giving Jean’s name to someone who has vertigo/tinnitus issues and was telling my story and found your website. If you need another testimony, feel free to use mine!
I had debilitating vertigo and tinnitus for nearly 10 years. It got to the point where it was affecting my quality of life and I was only 37 years old. After seeing varying ENT’s and local doctors with no solutions as to how to help, and with 3 young kids at home, I needed to do something. I went to the Cleveland Clinic and sat with a neurologist who recommended I see Jean, a Physical Therapist at Pinnacle Health.
To my surprise, she was located in Boardman, only 10 minutes from my house. Of course, I was skeptical after all of my previous experiences, but after one visit I saw an immediate improvement.
By visit four my vertigo was completely gone and the tinnitus subsided to a manageable level. She taught me exercises that I still use when I feel an “episode” coming on. She may not realize this, but she saved my life – it was that bad. I am forever grateful to her along with my wife and kids who finally got Dad back. Beyond her expertise, her bedside manner felt like I was visiting with my mother. She is patient, kind and hilarious. I could not say enough nice things about her. 10/10.
