NEO Urology six physician Urology practice that was established in 1974. Dr. Richard Memo and Dr. Robert Ricchiuti have practiced together for more than 40 years and introduced their sons to the practice beginning in 2002. Dr. Vincent Ricchiuti, Dr. Daniel Ricchiuti, and Dr. Mark Memo have proudly joined their fathers in Urologic practice. In 2020 NEO Urology was proud to include Dr. David Drevna

into the practice. The practice provides comprehensive Urologic care to patients from Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Boardman, Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Youngstown, Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren, and The Surgical Hospital of Southwoods.
