Strong enough to build you.
Kind enough to keep you π
A balanced practice isnβt always comfortable, but it is honest.
Gentle work builds safety and repair.
It teaches the nervous system that it doesnβt have to brace all the time.
More challenging work builds capacity.
It shows you where you quit early, where you tighten, where your mind starts bargaining.
But when practice turns brutal, it stops being training and starts being self punishment.
And when it stays only gentle, it can become another way to avoid growth.
Yoga asks for the middle path.
