ABA Myth vs. Reality: ABA Is Just Table-Time Drills 🎲

Myth: ABA consists only of repetitive drills at a table.

Reality: ABA therapy includes much more than table work, with discrete trials serving as just one tool. At ABA Centers of Florida, BCBAs and RBTs also use play-based and naturalistic teaching, modeling, practice in real-world settings, and caregiver participation so learning stays engaging, functional, and relevant throughout the day.
