⭐️ The answer is “yes”! Just because you “feel” healthy doesn’t mean that you actually are healthy.

🛟 There could be things going on in your body that would only show up on your annual exam. Plus, this gives us an opportunity to discuss your family history, because knowing your “risk” of disease is equally important!

✅ Studies show that you need at least 11 cumulative minutes a week to gain the benefits of cold plunging.

🛁 Ice baths, aka cold plunges, are an excellent way to incorporate deliberate cold exposure to your daily wellness routine.

🧬 Physical benefits include activating brown adipose tissue, to increase metabolism, burn calories and control blood sugar

🧠 Mental benefits are increasing resiliency, managing stress, and decreasing anxiety
