This little idea has put smiles on hundreds of children’s faces, has brought relief to so many parents struggling to give their children opportunities to participate in the things that make life fun, and helped everyone who loved Lissette Carmona Dokoupil have a way to continue to share our love of her on this planet.

When water is flowing, it’s hard to see what’s at the bottom. When it’s still, things become clear. Most of the people I work with do not take regular time out to rest and recover. Or their time “off” includes multitasking other things. Space is one of the necessities for healing. Space allows for perspective, it shows you where you’ve been putting your energy and helps you to reprioritize your life. If you aren’t making the time for space, even an afternoon in your backyard away from your phone, you are slowing down your ability to grow.

🙌🏽The San Francisco Giants show their support for pride with a special hat, flying a flag, and “rainbowing” up Oracle Park! I think many people can resonate with feeling like they have to fight for who they are...especially if you’ve come out from dysfunctional family patterns! People don’t understand you? People think you being you is a problem? People want to tell you how to live? Pride is for LGBTQ and anyone who supports people’s right to be 100% who they are.
