Lindsay is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Lindsay obtained both her undergraduate and Master’s degrees from the University of Florida. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Nursing. Prior to becoming a midwife, Lindsay worked as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery where she fell in love with the field of Women’s health and Midwifery. She is known for being kind, thorough, gentle and having knowledge of the most current happenings in women’s health. Lindsay’s main focus is to empower women with greater knowledge of their bodies before, during and after pregnancy. Lindsay resides in Boca Raton and believes there is nothing more amazing than watching women become mothers. On a personal note, Lindsay loves exercising, cooking healthy food, and spending time with her friends and family. This week has me feeling extra grateful for the amazing team at our practice, especially Jess, who brings such love and dedication to the families we care for.

During our recent trip to Scotland, I frequently stopped to feed my baby — not just as her mother, but as a midwife who knows the beauty, struggle, and strength behind this simple act.

I’m a working mom, often supporting others through their own journeys into motherhood… and yet, this moment reminded me that I’m still deeply in mine.

Breastfeeding isn’t always easy. But it’s powerful, sacred, and deeply human — no matter where you are in the world.

I’ve walked with so many women through the ups and downs of early motherhood—but living it again myself with baby number two is a humbling reminder: there’s so much more beneath the surface. 💗

Yes, there are snuggles, comfy pjs, and adorable baby pics… but there are also sleepless nights, hormone waves, feeding challenges, and moments of quiet overwhelm. Maternity leave isn’t a vacation—it’s healing, adjusting, and constantly learning how to be a new version of yourself, all over again.

To every mama walking through this season: I see you. I feel it too. You’re doing better than you think.
