Empower Health Group is proud to announce the acquisition of ChoicePoint® Health, marking a powerful step forward in expanding accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based behavioral healthcare.

This partnership strengthens our mission and allows us to reach even more individuals and families in need of high-quality mental health and substance use treatment services. ChoicePoint brings a robust continuum of care, including outpatient detox, PHP, IOP, OP, in-person and virtual options, medication management, and UHC in-network coverage.
