My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and inviting atmosphere in order for clients to feel safe and comfortable sharing their stories. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Florida. I received a doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University. I am a nutritional health coach certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a board diplomat certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and a SMART resilience trainer. I have an integrative therapeutic approach and treat clients as individuals. I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches based on what the client seems to need in the therapy session. The mind-body connection is the link between a person's thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors and their physical health. While scientists have long understood that our emotions can affect our bodies, we're just now beginning to understand how emotions influence health and longevity. I explore all aspects of a person’s lifestyle in order to gain a more comprehensive perspective to wellness. The concept of caring for your overall health and well-being, including mental, physical, emotional, and behavioral health, is driving health services today. This has been my therapeutic focus and mindset. Let’s work together and find the road to health, joy, and longevity! Areas of Expertise:

When emotions run high after a tough moment, try two simple, clinician‑backed tools tonight: 1) A brief debrief script — sit quietly with your child, name the feeling, validate it (“That sounded really hard”), and ask one calm question: “What helped you feel better?” 2) A 10‑minute calming routine — dim lights, deep breaths together, a soothing activity like drawing or a story. These age‑adjusted steps are short, goal‑driven, and built from our clinical team’s experience at the Center. Try them tonight and see what softens the next conversation. Top Divorce Recovery Programs for Healing
Divorce is one of the most challenging experiences anyone can face. It shakes your world and leaves you feeling lost, overwhelmed, and uncertain about the future. But healing is possible. With the right support and tools, you can rebuild your life and find peace again. I want to share some of the best divorce recovery programs that can guide you through this difficult time. These programs offer practical help, emotional support, and a path toward a healthier, happier future. Understanding the Importance of Healing After Divorce Healing after divorce is not just about moving on. It’s about understanding your emotions, processing your pain, and learning how to live fully again. Many people underestimate how much divorce affects their mental and emotional health. You might feel anger, sadness, guilt, or confusion. These feelings are normal, but they can hold you back if left unaddressed. Taking the time to heal helps you regain your strength and clarity. It also improves your relationships with your children, co-parents, and friends. Healing is a journey, and it’s okay to ask for help along the way. What to Look for in a Divorce Recovery Program Not all programs are created equal. When choosing a divorce recovery program, look for one that fits your unique needs. Here are some key features to consider: Emotional Support: The program should offer counseling or group therapy to help you express and manage your feelings. Practical Tools: Look for programs that teach coping skills, communication strategies, and ways to manage stress. Family Focus: If you have children, choose a program that supports co-parenting and helps children adjust. Experienced Facilitators: Qualified professionals with experience in divorce recovery can make a big difference. Community: Being part of a supportive group can reduce feelings of isolation and p...
