So true! Our EMOTIONS are like data and mean something to use; However, are not to be confused with feelings—which are brief and last a few moments (ie., I am cut off in traffic and feel anger, but it quickly goes away when I see a McDonald’s). While if I’m having an emotion, it can hang out with me all day and I can ruminated on it. See the difference?
