So I have been doing a lot of reading lately, and I got the equation wrong. I read labels for calories ( first!) , fat, fIber and sugar. Ate lots of vegetables, chicken, and fruit, but not organic. I thought I was eating healthy. I skipped the long ingredient list because it was like a foreign language and thought that it was safe to eat, because, well, it’s in food. Reading Dr. Davis of wheat belly fame, and Foodbabe. Eye openers! Never too late to change!
