This girl is officially on the move - crawling, climbing, and pulling herself up with anything she can get her tiny hands on. She also has been trying lots of different foods (mango 🥭, steak 🥩, and bacon 🥓 are her favs so far). Olivia Pearl is definitely going to keep us on our toes. We just love her so so much! 💕

Your rhinoplasty or aging face consult is SO important. It’s much like a job interview – except the job is about your face. It’s an opportunity for you, as a patient, to determine if a potential surgeon is right for you. A few of the MANY things to consider include - Do you feel heard? Do you feel comfortable discussing your concerns? Do you trust him/her? Is there transparency in terms of surgical expectations and financials?
 
Once you decide to move forward with a particular surgeon, you should feel relieved and excited… but it’s also okay if you feel a little scared or nervous, too. This is why I like to see all my patients on the day of surgery in the pre-op room just to go over any last-minute questions or concerns and ease those pesky nerves!
 
Ultimately, a good surgeon guides, educates, and reassures — they never make you feel confused, judged, rushed, or embarrassed.
 
However, if your surgeon IS making you feel these things – run.

FACT: Rhinoplasty doesn’t have to make you look like a different person. You can still be you - but with a nose that you feel fits your face better.

That’s exactly what this patient wanted when it came to his rhinoplasty goals. He is one year out and loves his nose. He had very thick skin which made his nose challenging. I refined and lifted the bulbous tip, narrowed the width of the nose/nostrils, reduced the projection, and improved overall symmetry.
