How to practice it:
Enter the Yin-Yang reunion meditation without desire, in the state of selflessness and subconsciousness, while the male and female smooth muscles perform mutual massage on each other. Stimulate the pelvic-cavity vagus nerve calmly and rhythmically at about a period of 0.8 seconds (about the heart rate) for about 30 minutes (about 2000 strokes). You will suddenly open the door of oblivion; feel like ascending to heaven and becoming a Buddha and entering Paradise of Bliss. In this way, it can not only enhance immunity and lower blood pressure, but also train local internal smooth muscles to contract involuntarily and rhythmically at about 0.8 seconds per cycle. The involuntary contraction of smooth muscles in the pelvis sends pulses of electrical current to the brain, powering the vagus-hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal and g***dal axes

Why does s*x or**sm produce a smooth muscle contraction period at about 0.8 seconds/cycle for the male and female g***d, the average heart rate! The Cellular Membrane Depolarization Oscillator makes it like that.
S*x or**sm is a smooth muscle contraction of the human go**ds or pelvis in nature. Mechanisms of pelvic/g***d smooth muscles, s*x or**sm, can be generated in the following 3 approaches according to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=428gDBSl5-A :
(1). myogenic mechanism (depolarization of calcium ion channel by nervous stimulation or stretch). Phasic smooth muscle cells, or SMCs , (such as vas deferens, uterus and bladder) rely on membrane depolarization to drive Ca2+ influx across the plasma membrane for contraction. This depolarization can be induced by neurotransmitters or through the operation of a membrane oscillator, likely at the heart rate of about 0.8 seconds, that is around 70-75 times per minutes. Many tonic smooth muscle cells (SMCs) (vascular, airway and corpus cavernosum) are driven by a cytosolic Ca2+ oscillator that generates periodic pulses of Ca2+. A similar oscillator is present in pacemaker cells such as the interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs) and atypical SMCs that control other tonic SMCs (gastrointestinal, urethra, ureter). The changes in membrane potential induced by these cytosolic oscillators does not drive contraction directly but it functions to couple together individual oscillators to provide the synchronization that is a characteristic feature of many tonic SMCs.

(2) catecholamines - Under the s*xual arousal, the dopaminergic nervous system stimulates the stress axis - the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis, where the hypothalamus and adrenal medular convert into norepinephrine and then epinpehrine, and the hypothalamus-pituitary axis alternatively and pulsely releases oxytocin, prolactin and vasopressin. (3) Human vasopressin, also called antidiuretic hormone (ADH), released by the posterior pituitary to the bloodstream, as well as from the hypothalamus to the brain, which not only induced or**smic contraction, but also play an important role in social behavior, s*xual motivation and pair bonding, and maternal responses in stress. Side effects of Covid-19 vaccines :
I got a shot for the third (booster) dose of Moderna 0.50 cc on Oct. 25, 2021 ; after 36 days (Dec. 2, 2021) I did a blood test and got iron deficiency and low in red blood cells! Take iron supplements. After 7 months , got the fourth shot with Pfizer/ BNT 0.3 cc on May 24, 2022,) had a blood test again 15 days later, that is on June 10, 2022, this time triglyceride fatty acid is high although the iron level and the red blood concentration are normal! But, during the 15-days period, I had also experienced sinusitis and swollen nose for a week!
Different Covid-19 vaccines produce different side effects.
