Join Us on a Journey through the 7 Chakras with a Special Emphasis on the Root Chakra.

Experience a deeply restorative afternoon led by Sara Quesada, L.Ac., beginning with 7 chakra acupuncture to gently align your energy centers. The journey continues with a guided meditation through the chakras, centering on the root chakra: The foundation of safety, stability, and grounding.

As we start the new year, this gathering invites you to root into a sense of being centered, grounded, and at peace. Frosted quartz crystal singing bowls and other instruments will support you throughout the experience.
