A little photo dump on this hump day 📸 and some inner thoughts 💭

The past several weeks have been busy, some have been emotionally intense and some filled with pure joy.
A little reminder for us all- we can make mistakes, reflect, learn from them, allow them to help us grow, repair and move forward as stronger, wiser and deeper versions of ourselves. This is true for us and for our kids.

Thankful for all that comes my way, even the tough stuff, as I know it’s all for me. It allows me to learn more about myself and lean more into myself🙏🏻

Always trying to be the most regulated but also most self connected and aware version of myself. Working on allowing myself to feel the feelings without judgement or fear of how it impacts others. I mean, this is hard for me. Allowing myself to really feel it all and not just trying fix or help or manage it all for everyone else.
A dear friend of mine reminded me to take time to pour into myself what I so freely give to others. So, if you’ve read this far, perhaps this message must also be for you- give the love and light back to your beautiful soul that you so openly and freely give to others (your children, spouse, parents, friends, clients, co-workers or employees etc)… for we cannot draw water from a dry well.
