This morning I got muddy for a reason 💗

I ran a 5K with MudGirl alongside an incredible community of strong, supportive women — all coming together for something bigger than the race itself.

The Pink Army Foundation was created from this powerful community to support women who are facing or have faced breast cancer, providing personalized physical and mental guidance when they need it most.

Today was about movement, strength, and showing up — for ourselves and for each other.

Grateful to be part of something that reminds us how resilient, capable, and connected we truly are.

This is one exercise I recommend almost daily due to the many benefits. 🦥

Why you should start hanging more ⬇️

1) Decompresses the spine
2) Improves shoulder mobility
3) Builds grip strength
4) Strengthens the upper body (without trying)
5) Helps posture
6) Helps regulate your nervous system

Hang 10-30 seconds for 2-4 sets a few times a week or everyday.

Can you hang for 20 seconds? Try it and tell me!

Go for the walk. Get on the bike. Make movement part of your normal—not something you “have to” do.

We have made hiking, biking and staying active just a normal part of how we vacation, just like it’s part of our everyday life.
