Dr. Dabbah’s approach to facelift surgery differs from patient to patient, and women to men, as he individualizes the surgery to the specific needs of each patient. No two facelift procedures are alike, although the end result is to achieve a natural look, taking 10-15 years off a patient’s age.

Facelift surgery is designed to lift the deeper ligaments and tissues of the cheek that have dropped with time. Fat and tissue are repositioned, including that which has fallen to the jowls, allowing a more defined jawline. It is important to note that facelift surgery does not address nor improve the quality of the skin. That is where the additional treatments or procedures are valuable.

DR. DABBAH’S BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Dabbah’s well-deserved and impeccable reputation becomes evident from the moment you meet him. His calm manner exudes self-confidence, yet puts his patients at ease. His education and years of experience provide his patients with the knowledge that they are in the hands of a professional who is attuned to every aesthetic nuance. In practice since 1995, Dr. Dabbah’s extensive knowledge in general and plastic surgery and skills as a cosmetic surgeon provides his patients with the comfort of knowing that safety is always of concern.

Dr. Dabbah received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Anatomy from the University of Maryland. He was accepted as an advanced standing to the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed medical school in three years.

After graduating medical school in 1987, Dr. Dabbah went on to complete a five-year general surgery residency at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore allowing him to also experience rotations at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Following his Chief Residency, he began his plastic surgery residency at SUMMA Akron City Hospital in Ohio. During his plastic surgery residency, Dr. Dabbah performed all aspects of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Following his Chief Residency in plastic surgery, he pursued his interest in cosmetic surgery by completing an additional fellowship in aesthetic and cosmetic surgery at Miami Heart Institute in Miami Beach with Dr. Lawrence Robbins.

Dr. Dabbah has been in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida since 1995. Dr. Dabbah is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery by The American Board of Plastic Surgery which is recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Palm Beach Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He also is a Certified Wound Specialist and is a member of the American Academy of Wound Management. He has served in various hospital committees and is past Chief of Staff at West Boca Medical Center. He is an active staff member at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, West Boca Medical Center and ParkCreek Surgery Center. Dr. Dabbah is on the faculty at Lynn Cancer Institute Advanced Cutaneous Malignancies Conference.
