Traveling for Thanksgiving? Don't forget to pack these eye care essentials! ✈️

Airplane cabins have extremely low humidity, which means your eyes can feel dry, irritated, and uncomfortable during your flight.

Here's what to pack to keep your eyes happy while you travel:
✅ Preservative-free artificial tears (use before, during & after flight)
✅ Glasses instead of contacts (contacts worsen dry eye in cabin air)
✅ Sleep mask (protects eyes from dry air while napping)
✅ Water bottle (stay hydrated!)
✅ Sunglasses (protect from UV at every stop)
✅ Your regular eye drops/meds (don't leave home without them!)

Pro tip: Close that overhead air vent! It blows dry air directly into your eyes and makes symptoms worse.
