☀️Is an HSA worth it?

Depends!!!

An HSA (Health Savings Account) lets you set aside pre-tax money for medical expenses when paired with a High Deductible Health Plan.

2026 Contribution Limits:�• Individual: $4,300�• Family: $8,,550�• Catch-up contribution (age 55+): +$1,000

Why it matters:�✔ Lower taxable income�✔ Tax-free growth�✔ Tax-free withdrawals for medical expenses
Best suited for those who are generally healthy and comfortable with a higher deductible.

☀️What is considered a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)?
For 2026:�• Individual deductible: $1,700+�• Family deductible: $3,400+
☀️Where you can open an HSA?�• Major banks
• HSA specialists
• Some insurance carriers
The key is being enrolled in an HSA-eligible health plan first.

‼️Not all high-deductible plans are HSA-qualified - especially some private or grandfathered plans. The plan has to be specifically labeled HSA-compatible.‼️

What to expect paying for your COLONOSCOPY❓

Many people do not understand. Please, read so you are aware of the differences.

PS: Under the ACA (Obamacare) you can get preventive colonoscopy for free every 10 years IF you are over age 50. If you have a diagnostic colonoscopy or under age 50, it is NOT FREE‼️

Private plans do NOT offer preventive care services for free but rather contribute a fixed amount towards it.
