Don’t get me wrong – I love a good 60 or even 90 minute yoga class when there’s time, but we don’t always have that kind of time.
Luckily, yoga can be as simple as connecting your body, mind, and breath—no studio required.

It’s hard to describe how Tibetan singing bowls feel when they are placed on your body, but my daughter’s face and giggle kinda says it all. It’s really an “out of this world” sensation and feels SO GOOD!
