Eat this holiday side and your spine will thank you! 🍠💚

Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A and anti-inflammatory nutrients that support bone and disc health, making these easy Garlic & Herb Roasted Sweet Potatoes both delicious and functional. 💪

Ingredients:
- Cubed sweet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Chopped rosemary
- Salt & pepper

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
