Try this spine-healthy Spring Spinach & Chickpea Salad, with spinach to support bone health, chickpeas to help maintain muscle function, olive oil to reduce inflammation, and citrus and vegetables to support overall recovery. 💪

Ingredients:
-Baby spinach
-Chickpeas (rinsed)
-Cherry tomatoes
-Cucumber
-Avocado
-Olive oil
-Lemon
-Salt & pepper

Directions:
-Add spinach, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado to a bowl.
-Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
-Season with salt and pepper.
-Toss and enjoy!
