PMH-C: Proud to be renewed for this important credential. The PMH-C recognizes providers who possess the competency required to help mothers, fathers & families experiencing perinatal mood & anxiety disorders in the perinatal period.

PsyD: Doctor of Psychology. A doctoral degree focused on professional practice & applying scientific knowledge to provide psychological services to individuals.

KC: Just me!

Got a tour today of the beautifully renovated FAU Counseling and Psychological Services Center by their wonderful Director, Dr. Laura DiPasquale. Complete with a waterfall wall, massage chairs & yoga room! Now…how do I fit a waterfall wall in my office suite….🤔

First time attending Career Day as an Author, Psychologist & Sticker Enthusiast (ok, last one is not an official title…).

Spoke with students about mental health, talked about writing a book & passed out hundreds of emotion-related stickers to future generations of professionals!

I have been asked a lot of hard questions as a psychologist over the years, but these elementary school kids sure had me on my toes 😅 Had an awesome time speaking with 1st & 2nd graders as part of their career day & hope a few will grow up to be my colleagues someday!
