🌟 Shoulder Strength Spotlight: Upright Rows for Shoulder Impingement Recovery 🌟

If you’ve ever been diagnosed with Shoulder Impingement Syndrome or Frozen Shoulder Syndrome, you know how frustrating weakness, pain, and limited range of motion can be. One of the keys to long-term recovery is strengthening the muscles that stabilize and control your shoulder blade — especially the upper back and deltoids.

👉 That's why today we're highlighting the Upright Row, a fantastic exercise (when performed with proper form!) to help restore balanced shoulder strength.

🔹 Helps retrain scapular control
🔹 Strengthens the deltoids, trapezius, and upper back
🔹 Supports healthier movement patterns for lifting and reaching
🔹 Can reduce stress on the rotator cuff when done with correct mechanics

For those recovering from shoulder impingement, upright rows can be safely incorporated into a rehab or maintenance program — as long as you use light resistance, keep the elbows below shoulder height, and focus on controlled motion.
