Pilates Space Florida serves health conscious and socially minded clients who care about the environment and are looking for a Pilates Studio that commits to their needs for a well balanced lifestyle. Our studio was designed as a space that offers you the best of all worlds:
We created a community atmosphere that will empower you but still offer you enough privacy for focused work that will completely transform your body and mind. Our studio features a common area for group lessons, a private, sectioned off area for private lessons, a treatment room and ample space to relax and enjoy your time with us. We welcome you to browse through "Clara's Café & Boutique" where we offer you organic smoothies, tea and treats while you can browse through our latest apparel lines, jewelry, DVD's, Books, Candles, Supplements and much more while enjoying the tranquil atmosphere complete with our aquaponic systems and wall gardens. The entire space was designed with you, our client, in mind so we hope you enjoy your time at Pilates Space Florida!

Taylor’s teaching style is all about support, mindfulness, and empowerment. She brings personalized attention to every session, helping clients connect with their bodies, improve alignment, and build strength step by step. With her Classical Pilates USA certification and strong background as a professional dancer (BFA from Jacksonville University, MFA from Hollins University, and former member of Styx Dance Company), Taylor blends artistry and precision to create a positive, transformative Pilates experience.

Her best advice? “Focus on consistency and progress over perfection. Every small step forward is a victory.” 💪

When she’s not teaching, Taylor loves staying active through dance and weight training. Fun fact: she holds not one, but two degrees in dance!

Jessica is a certified Pilates teacher through the Pilates Space Florida Teacher Training Program and has been teaching for 5 years.

Her favorite part of teaching? “Watching clients evolve in their practice—especially when they achieve a new skill set they never thought possible!” 💪

⭐ Favorite daily exercise tip: The Hundred – the perfect way to warm up your body, center your mind, and get ready for any sport or fitness program.

Outside the studio, Jessica loves to cardio kickbox 🥊 and swim in the ocean 🌊.

Her best advice for clients: “Get movement in every day, even if it’s just 10 minutes! Celebrate the little wins along the way—each struggle is proof that your body is getting stronger.” 💫

Tanya describes her teaching style as a coach — always there to guide, motivate, and support. With certifications from Polestar Pilates and the National Pilates Certification Program, Tanya brings over 20 years of teaching movement experience, and 5 years dedicated specifically to Pilates.

What inspired her? The impact of her very first Pilates class. She knew instantly she wanted to share that same transformative experience with others. Her favorite part of teaching is helping clients become the best version of themselves, one movement at a time.

Meet Amanda, certified at Pilates Space Florida! 🌿 With a background in professional dance, Amanda brings a unique perspective to Pilates—helping dancers get stronger while teaching people of all ages and abilities to feel better in their bodies.

💡 Inspiration: Amanda became a Pilates teacher to help people move with ease and give her dance students a deeper understanding of their bodies.
🚶‍♀️ Outside the studio: She loves going on walks and taking dance classes.
🎭 Fun fact: Amanda went to school for dance and has performed with two South Florida dance companies.
