I’m honored to announce that I am now an independent clinician practicing as part of the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) Mental Health Directory! ⚾🧠

Athletes face immense pressure—on the field, in the clubhouse, and in their personal lives. My goal is to destigmatize mental health and provide a safe space where players feel heard, supported, and empowered to work toward their peak performance—both mentally and physically. Because success isn’t just about skill; it’s about mindset, resilience, and well-being.

Mental health is just as crucial as physical health, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support MLB players and their families in navigating these challenges.

Looking forward to making an impact in the game and beyond!
