Spring Break 2026 is here!
Before you head outside, remember: protecting your skin is protecting your health.
Use broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 15 or higher, higher = more protection!)  Apply a thick layer to all exposed skin. Reapply every 2 hours, and after swimming, sweating, or toweling off. Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes and the delicate skin around them
A little prevention now = fewer burns, less skin damage, and safer sun memories later.
Have fun, stay safe, and take care of your skin this spring break! 🌴✨

Spring break starts today! When you’re back, take care of your health.
Owls Care and Student Health Services are offering no cost STI testing on March 16th from 11am-1pm. You can learn some information about STIs with Owls Care on the Breezeway and get no cost STI testing from Student Health (& receive a tote bag when you get tested)!
We’re also hosting a Barrier Method Demo from 2–3 PM at the Owls Care Health Promotion Office, located on the 2nd floor of the Breezeway. Learn how to properly use external condoms, internal condoms, and dental dams in a low-pressure, educational setting.
Many STIs can be asymptomatic. Testing is quick, confidential, and a normal part of staying on top of your health.
Have a good break & add this to your calendar for when you’re back!
