PECAA was founded in 2006 by three Independent OD’s in Portland, OR. Since that time, PECAA has expanded from a small, Northwest based organization to one of the nation’s premier and fastest growing Doctor Alliance Groups.

PECAA serves the independent eye care industry and was created to help propel Member practices forward - attract more patients, improve the bottom line, and build a flourishing business. The eye care industry continues to become more vertically integrated, making it increasingly difficult for optometrists and ophthalmologists to stand alone. Becoming a member of PECAA will provide you with practical, industry-focused business services; group buying power to reduce costs; and a smart community of peers who share insights and experience to allow you the ability to compete & prosper in this changing industry landscape.
