I have noticed currently in the media articles stating the many pain and inflammation problems in muscles, nerves and joints associated with prolonged use of cell phones, namely neck curvature this also applies to computer use. Overly tight muscles caused by incorrect posture for long periods. This also applies to standing, sitting or using other body parts too much.
