Kindness to the body sometimes begins before breakfast.
My body and kind are feeling great this week and this is the only things I've changed. The swap of coffee for mushroom coffee is a game changer. I still add heavy cream and cinnamon and local honey, mix with the frothing tool that comes in the welcome pack, and enjoy.

Happy Fall everyone….
We are enjoying the slight decrease in temperatures and look forward to seeing you soon….
After practicing mostly by word of mouth for over a decade, we are joining the community in a more local and face-to-face way and putting together a booth. We will be offering chair massage and some extra surprises to all who stop by and visit us this weekend.

Yoga straps are in!!!
This means I am now able to work this practice of strapping one leg up at a time, which opens the hips in ways your body will be infinitely grateful for.
For the next couple weeks, I would like to share this work with as many people as possible, so it will be offered for $88/hr.
