Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the wondrous benefits of water. It only takes a few aqua aerobics sessions and you’ll see a big difference in your overall fitness.

Water supports the body, putting less stress on your joints and muscles
• Working out in water helps build strength. Fighting against the push of the water activates your muscles

Upper Body Mobility 🏌️‍♂️⛳️🏌️‍♀️

Golf is a one sided dominate rotational sport. Yet, why do so many golfers lack the proper amount of rotation required to produce a efficient and repeatable golf swing ❓

Could it be from their sedentary lifestyle, lack of flexibility, mobility, stability or strength. Lack of body awareness or proper muscle engagement.

Wherever the issue is coming from the objective of the athlete should be to address the weakness link and work on gaining optimal range of motion to provide the best chance to produce an efficient and effortless golf swing.

Here is my star ⭐️ client showing a upper body mobility exercises I came up with to help with increasing more upper rotation.

We are using and .loop to help assist the movement. Perform 2 round for 12-15 reps per side. During the movement maintain core stiffness and focus on getting as much rotation as you can from your upper body while keeping your lower body still.

Pure Health and Fitness would like to welcome the newest member of the team : Elodie Garnier.

Originally from France, Elodie has been an athlete her entire life and naturally chose a career as a fitness professional since 2011.
Her high energy motivates, inspires and encourages her clients and students to achieve their goals.

Elodie earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Management and also completed a fitness coach certification in France. Her passion for health and wellness continued in Morocco, where she worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 4 years. She holds additional certifications in strength training, Pilates and aerobic dance.

Elodie moved to Miami in 2016 and currently specializes in water aerobics where the low impact helps to alleviate stress on the joints to provide a muscle toning, cardiovascular and stress release way to workout.

Elodie offers personal training in various formats: Water Aerobics, Strength Training, Pilates, Yoga, Aerobic Dance and also designs custom weight loss programs .
