1. Heart Breathing 💓
Have kids place a hand on their heart, take slow deep breaths, and think of someone they care about.
2. Kindness Stretch 🌳
Reach arms up like a tall tree and say one kind word (like “help,” “share,” or “love”) as they stretch.
