• Inhale → reach arms up
• Exhale → fold forward
• Inhale → halfway lift
• Exhale → fold
• Slowly roll up
Repeat 5 times, matching breath to movement.

How:
• Walk slowly for 2–5 minutes
• Notice each step
• Match steps to breath (2 steps inhale, 3 steps exhale)
Add: “With each step, I arrive.”

How:
• Shake out arms and legs for 30 seconds
• Then stand completely still
• Notice heart rate slowing
