For life - what ?
For and my

As a physician I have a front row seat to what happens to people at 70 and 80.

The contrasts are remarkable. Some are fit ! Some are barely moving.

I want to be able to do things. Increase my health span so my mind and body function at a high level in my 80s.

Our lifespan is finite but that doesn’t mean we have to accept aging and give in.

The first 2 hours of every day are for me! Some may say I don’t have time. That’s selfish. I have too many responsibilities and don’t have time for myself. Nonsense.

You are the most important person in the world to you. You are responsible for you first.

Better yourselves and you will be a better

Cycling is the best way to travel and see the world.
With old friends and new friends !
I’m not a great climber so I decided to challenge myself this week.
We rode 225 miles and 27,000 feet of climbing ! Amazing views. Burned 14,000 calories ! So no guilt eating the fabulous food.
