I met Michele at Bikram’s teacher training in the fall of 2001. We were a lot younger then. As you can see from watching the video her practice has progressed beautifully. She placed first in the women’s 50+ division. Never give up and never get complacent about your practice.

We have been on a cruise from Rome to Barcelona for the last ten days. Heading home tomorrow, teaching Tuesday 4:30!

Good morning! I’ve been teaching a few classes a week at Bikram Yoga Delray for the last six months. When Jon goes out of town he usually asks me to fill in several of his classes. Starting this week I’ll be teaching the following:
Thursday 3/22 4:30pm
Friday 3/23 5:15pm
Sunday 3/25 10am
Tuesday 3/27 9:15am & 4:30pm
Thursday 3/29 9:15am & 4:30pm
Friday 3/30 5:15pm
Sunday 4/1 10am

I'm going to be teaching a few extra classes at Bikram Yoga Delray over the next two weeks.
Go to BikramYogaDelray.com and click on, Sign Up For Class, to see who is teaching and the time. You can sign up on line or wait until you get to the studio.

Hello to everyone. I'm really excited that I'm going to be teaching at Bikram Yoga Delray, Starting August 3rd, I'll be teaching the 4:30 pm class. Thursday, July 27th, I'll be filling in for Hilary at 6:30 pm.

I took Teresa's class this morning at 10am. It was a great class. I had my Fitbit Blaze on during the class. I burned 428 calories in 90 minutes. 45 minutes in the fat burning zones and 35 minutes in cardio zone. I was somewhat surprised to burn so many calories after doing Bikram Yoga for almost 27 years. One of my newer students took my class last week and she burned over 500 calories. It works if you work it!
