PRP is a non-surgical regenerative therapy that uses a high concentration of platelets and plasma to promote regeneration and self-healing of musculoskeletal injuries. It is a therapy that speeds up the healing process so that you can quickly return to normal activity and exercise.
Platelets contain various growth factors that direct the body in how to heal the injury. Simultaneously, stem cells are signaled to the area to help repair and heal the damaged tissue, fast.
