Your team at Vado is so thrilled to welcome our newest addition to our massage therapy team - Jason Allen.

Jason Allen is a certified licensed Massage Therapist in South Florida with 30 years experience in various forms of Body Work. His training journey began back in 1995. He is certified in 4 different forms of Myofascial Release: Rolfing, Barnes level 1 & 2, ART, & IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). MLD (manual lymphatic drainage), PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), Prenatal & Thai Massage.

Everything Jason does is guided by one simple question: "Does this have the potential to get this person feeling better when they leave than they did when they walked in?" With his vast knowledge and experience at his disposal, Jason is constantly combining and adapting the many forms of body work he uses towards achieving the common goals he and the client agree upon. This creates a dynamic relationship which shifts and changes with the needs and desired outcomes of the individual.

Come join us for an exciting event focused on restoring your body's movement -- a night of restoring movement + functionality with Derek Nelson from iCRYO and Domenic Pompile from Vado Therapy.

Derek is the Clinic Director at the iCRYO in Boca Raton. A passionate biohacker, he has worked in the longevity industry with stints in Santa Monica, CA and Austin, TX.
Domenic Pompile, PT, CSCS, is the owner of VADO Therapy and Sports Medicine in Boca Raton, where he has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics for the past 27 years. He has a B.S. in Physical Therapy as well as a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Domenic is extremely knowledgeable in human movement and the specific biomechanics of the body, allowing him to employ highly effective and specialized treatment programs for a variety of people.

This in-person gathering will take place at iCRYO CRYOTHERAPY in Boca Raton.

Topics will include, but not limited to: re-storing movement and lowering inflammation via Red Light, Cryotherapy, Compression, Stem Cells, and Physical Therapy.

Derek will detail his experience tearing his MCL and working through the injury (without surgery)with Dom at Vado Therapy. Domenic will answer Q&A from attendees and go over his vast experience re-storing movement to the body — specifically the knee and overall strength/balance.
