On Wednesday, Feb 18th from 6:15–7:30 PM, join me for an evening of meditation & sound therapy at Of A Muse in downtown Boerne.

This is a donation-based gathering (cash or Venmo: Tara-peake) created to help us quiet the mind noise, come back into the body, and root ourselves into the present moment.
✨ We’ll also be exploring the Year of the Flaming Horse, which energetically begins Feb 17th - what this powerful shift represents, how it may be affecting you, and how to stay grounded while moving with its fire instead of being burned by it.
Come as you are.
Leave more centered, clear, and connected.

A little meditation I like to call Expanding Our Consciousness 🫶
Things have felt heavy lately. I went into full-blown hermit mode and struggled to find peace within my own mind. The state of our world can be mind-boggling, and at times it feels wrong to enjoy life when so many are hurting.
But the truth is-blowing up my own life doesn’t make anything better. All it does is anchor more fear into my energetic field.
This meditation helped me immensely. It’s not a solution to everything, but it quiets the mental noise enough to reconnect-to hear your highest self sing clearly again.
The final stretch of this shedding cycle has been kicking my b***y 🐍-but cheers. I’m only releasing what no longer serves me. Feb 17th will kick some beautiful buns! The year of the flaming horse baby 💖

You’re invited to a sound therapy journey as we prepare to welcome the New Year ✨

📍 Elation at Buckskin Apartment Complex (Yoga Room)
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Dress cozy and relaxed.

This session will focus on releasing what no longer serves us and aligning with the energy of the Year of the Horse - forward motion, courage, and heart-led living.

We’ll dive into the heart chakra, gently clearing what’s been weighing us down so we can move ahead with clarity and openness.

Let’s step into the New Year together 🤍
