Join us for Our ALL-NEW Life-changing two day workshop starting Tuesday, May 9th at 7:30PM CST.

The vision Quest 300 Challenge is a live two-day digital workshop through Zoom that will leave you with the beginning of your life's wish list. You will be challenged to come up with and write down 300 dreams, bucket lists, wish lists, and asks. No ask is too big or too small, too deep or too shallow. We will build the list over a week, and through our Private Facebook Group, we will track our Visions for an entire year celebrating each other’s wins as we check off dreams and goals as they manifest before our eyes.

The loving starts Monday!

Fall in Love with your body. It’s the only one you’ve got.

At every stage in your journey your body is serving a purpose. It can be hard to love the body that is 20lbs heavier after your first year of college, or has stretchy skin that's leftover after giving birth years ago, or doesn't perform the way it "used" to.

It's okay to grieve your previous body but it’s important to recognize what it has done for you and then move on to building the new.

If you want to make true change and be 1000% happy in your own skin stop focusing on quick fixes. Real growth takes time, perseverance, consistency, and commitment.

The time it took you to make actual change will transform into pride and that's the real win. Consistently making progress on your goals day in and day out is what will ultimately have you feeling in love with your body.

Life is too short to go on hating the only home you live in. So what’s your choice going to be? Choose love, and let’s get moving.

What if?

What if you didn't exercise to be a certain size or weight?
What if you just exercised because it made you happy?
That’s the Hokey Pokey. That's what it's all about!

Don't get me wrong, looking good will always be a part of the equation for most people…And losing weight can be super important for some people for health reasons...But when weight loss is the sole focus, it can make things really challenging.

I have worked with several people over the years that were able to achieve a really impressive weight loss goal. Like a lot. Then, they discovered something pretty shocking:

They still weren't happy.

On the flip side, I've seen people who just made up their minds that they were going to exercise because it made them feel better. They decided to do something weird and actually enjoy their workouts.
They enjoyed the people around them. Laughed. Made Friends. Kept. Showing. Up.

Then the next thing you know they started getting into smaller clothes, getting stronger, having more energy, and feeling better overall.

When you exercise, it increases endorphins, dopamine, adrenaline, and endocannabinoid -- these are all brain chemicals associated with feeling happy, feeling confident, feeling capable, feeling less anxiety and stress and even less physical pain.

What a list! If you could sell that in pill form, the whole world would be taking it.

If you've been frustrated for years trying to lose weight, why not try something new? Try to focus on ENJOYING moving your body, remember that your own happiness matters, and see where it can take you.

Take care of yourself mentally and physically.
