Lauren Norris, Christian Counselor Lauren specializes in anxiety, narcissistic abuse, and helping people in difficult relationships. My strongest passion is working with individual adults.

Change can be a challenge but I am passionate about the counseling process and feels as if it is a privilege to walk along side an individual through the most vulnerable parts of his or her life. I believe in a holistic healing and enjoys incorporating mental, physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects into the counseling process. This may include working from a Christian framework, if the client chooses to do so. Strengths include humor, empathy and genuineness in the counseling process. Additionally, I'm is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This is an alternative approach that has been proven highly effective for issues such as, trauma, PTSD, anxiety and much more! Lauren Norris, LPC
