You may do things or say things to invalidate somebody or hurt their feelings and they may not say something because they probably don’t feel like it’s worth describing or explaining themselves so be caring in how you share.

Grateful for a healthy work-life balance ✨
Started the day with Pilates (4 sessions in the books ✅), followed by some downtime at the club—book in hand, shake by my side, and a little extra vitamin D by the pool. ☀️

What truly brings me joy, though, is giving people hope—and pairing that hope with powerful therapeutic modalities that create real, lasting change. 💫

Balance. Energy. Purpose. That’s the sweet spot. 🌿

I’m grateful for the simple joys that brighten my days—a crisp, refreshing Cobb salad, a good cup of coffee savored in the morning sun, and the coolness of the shifting seasons. I’m thankful, too, for my husband’s company on Costco runs, where he takes on the weight of the cart, and for the steady guidance of my Pilates teachers, whose instruction continually inspires me to grow stronger and more mindful.

Lately, I’ve found joy in challenging myself with hand stitching, diving into a new hobby that blends patience, creativity, and history. I’m especially excited to explore culturally authentic designs, beginning with the intricate traditions of Eastern Europe and, in time, expanding my journey across the globe.

Life at home keeps me moving—whether through projects around the house and property or the discipline of Pilates itself. I find myself averaging 2.5 miles a day simply by staying engaged and active. And through it all, I’m deeply grateful for my ability and eagerness to keep learning, embracing each day as a chance to grow.

Oh so much gratitude forgot to post yesterday. I’m so happy the Spartans won again, for a new washer and dryer and I’m grateful for the ability to read because I know a lot of folks struggle with that I’m grateful for making homemade Kapusta reminds me of all the good times at our family parties back home, I’m grateful for my guys working on our project so diligently and finally I’m thankful for my ability to be saved.✝️ Pilates and tons of busy work around the property keeping me fit and reading the Bible on repeat. This Ginger plant and my Spartan Nation bring me joy✨✨ Sparkling75✨✨
