I underwent a Mohs procedure for a benign basal cell as small as a pencil lead that would occasionally bleed. Biopsy then surgical removal 2 weeks ago. Youn can see Im still Frankenstein but improving .....and working. Photos from surgery to today. And non healing skin lesion can be a sign of cancer.....another month or 2 it would have been in the bone of my skull. So watch for them and use sunblock
