Happy Birthday Month Specials!

March is my birthday month... and if you know me, you know I share this info with almost no one 😂. Mostly because it's awkward to share. Birthdays can be complex as we grow older in life, but no matter the age, I love to GIVE on birthdays.

Myofascial release is a massage technique I've had the blessing of learning through the years from a very gifted mentor. I will often integrate it into my "working" massages when we are looking to find relief with a pain you have.

These pictures are of the "fascia trains" that run from head to toe in the body. Similar to tendons and muscles but not quite one or the other, fascia is a very unique part of the body that when left unaddressed it can cause extreme pain and discomfort of many types. If you think you are experiencing pain that isn't going away or struggling to be worked out, I'd love to chat with you about whether I can help!

This is my family :) At least... 2.5 yrs ago! Since then we've added a sweet daughter Seraphina.

I'm refocusing on Massage but choosing and In Home approach because I want to serve those of you who it could be a blessing to have your therapist come to you! As a busy mom of 4, I know life has its own twists and turns and they often lead to painful body issues and muscle tightness and there's not always as much time or ability to get to a clinic. I'd love the chance to bless you in the comfort of your home with some relief from your pain.
