Our Boerne Champion Football Guys are headed to Laredo to take on Pharr San Juan Alamo North in ROUND TWO of the playoffs — and we couldn’t be more proud!

These young men have poured in the work, the grit, and the heart all season long. Watching their dedication pay off has been incredible, and we’re behind them every step of the way.

for dough resistance! 🥖✨
The ECHO fam had the best time at a team-building sourdough class right here in Boerne, and let’s just say… our knead for bonding was fully satisfied.

A little flour, a lot of laughs, and zero injuries thanks to the world-class wrist mobility warm-ups prescribed and executed by these DPT’s!

We came, we mixed, we proofed… and honestly?
We think this is the first time our team has ever overachieved by potentially under-proofing. 😅

Huge shoutout to for hosting us last week! Their crew brought the energy, the questions, and the shoulder strength to match. We met some seriously impressive athletes, and our Shoulder & Service clinic was flexing in all the right ways. 💪😂

MADabolic, thanks for letting ECHO invade your gym and “shoulder” the load for the evening — y’all were incredible! We can’t wait to come back and do it again soon. 👏
