Adapt, Inc. ADAPT is dedicated to building a healthier community by addressing critical issues like sexual assault, violence, substance abuse and harmful behaviors.

Through prevention, intervention, and post-intervention, we aim to create lasting positive change. A non-profit organization offering personal and pre-employment drug screens, individual or group counseling in relationships, drug abuse, sexual abuse. Adolescent counseling is also available. We do accept several health care providers. Sharing news of underage drinking, non medical prescription drug abuse and opioids. A Louisiana Partnerships for Success partner.

WPCHS had a great meeting yesterday!

We were honored to have Dr. D. Jeffrey Mohr with LSU Rural Family Medicine Residency join us as our guest speaker. He shared valuable insights on the opioid epidemic, its progression, and the impact on our communities—both nationally and here in Louisiana.

We also learned more about treatment options like medication-assisted treatment and the importance of long-term recovery support. Thank you, Dr. Mohr, for an informative and impactful presentation

Our next meeting will be April 28, 2026. We hope you can make plans to attend.
