🎄✨ BEND FIT YOGA — 12 Days of Mindful Movement Challenge! ✨🎄
December gets busy… so let’s keep this challenge easy, gentle, and totally doable.
From Dec 1–12, join us for a simple daily wellness task that helps you stay grounded, moving, and feeling good through the holidays.
1) Attend any class (in-studio or virtual)
2) 5 minutes of stretching
3) Set a positive intention for your day
4) Drink 64 oz of water
5) Do a 1-minute deep breathing reset
6) Write down 3 things you’re grateful for
7) Hold a plank (any version) for 30 seconds
😎 Take a 10-minute walk
9) Try a new pose or modify one you love
10) Bring a friend to class
11) Evening unwind: legs up the wall
12) Attend class or meditate for 5 minutes
No pressure. No perfection. Just 12 days of tiny habits that make a big difference. ❤️
