When you sleep in contacts, your cornea doesn’t get enough oxygen.
Less oxygen + trapped bacteria = the perfect storm for infection.

Even lenses labeled “extended wear” still carry risk.

Warning Signs to NEVER Ignore:

⚠️ Increasing eye pain
⚠️ Blurry vision that doesn’t clear
⚠️ Extreme light sensitivity
⚠️ Redness with discharge
⚠️ Feeling like something is stuck in your eye

If this happens, take the lens out immediately and call your eye doctor.
