🌟 Feature Friday! 🌟
Today we are featuring Michael Kinzie — our amazing maintenance man (and Shelby’s husband)!
Michael plays a huge role in keeping our center running smoothly every single day. From fixing things quickly to helping set up classrooms and handling outdoor projects, he is always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed. He takes pride in his work and helps ensure our environment is safe and functional for both staff and children.
What makes Michael truly special is his heart. He is dependable, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile without hesitation. Even though much of what he does happens behind the scenes, his impact is seen all throughout our center.
We are so thankful for Michael and everything he does for us — we appreciate you more than you know! 👏

🌟 Feature Friday: Hope Didway 🌟
This week for Feature Friday, we are excited to spotlight one of our amazing owners, Hope Didway!
Hope wears many hats and does it all with love and dedication. She is a devoted mom, a hardworking medical assistant, and a caring daycare owner who pours so much of herself into making sure our center runs well and our families are supported. Behind the scenes, Hope is constantly working, helping, organizing, and making sure everything is taken care of. So much of what she does often goes unseen, but it makes a huge difference every single day.
Hope has a heart for people and truly cares about the children, families, and staff here at our center. She helps create a place where kids can feel safe, loved, and encouraged as they grow and learn.
In addition to everything she does at home and at the daycare, Hope also loves serving at LifeSpring Church. Her faith is an important part of who she is, and she is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed. She has a true servant’s heart and is always looking for ways to support others.
Hope is a wonderful example of dedication, strength, and kindness, and we are so thankful for everything she does for our center and our community.

🌟 Feature Friday: Nate Didway 🌟
This week for Feature Friday, we are honored to spotlight our owner, Nate Didway!
Nate is not only the owner of our center, but also a dedicated husband and proud dad of three. Family is incredibly important to him, and that love and care carries over into the way he leads our daycare. He truly wants this center to feel like a safe, loving place where children and families are cared for.
Nate took over the daycare from his mom, continuing the legacy she started and working hard to help the center grow and thrive. He has a heart for this ministry and a vision for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families in our community. His leadership and support help make everything we do possible.
In addition to leading the daycare, Nate serves as the Lead Pastor at LifeSpring Church, where he faithfully shares the Gospel and pours into the lives of others. One of the things that stands out most about Nate is his genuine passion for leading people to Jesus. He loves encouraging others in their faith and helping people grow closer to God.
Nate leads with kindness, purpose, and a servant’s heart, and we are so thankful for the way he supports our staff and families. His commitment to both ministry and our center makes a lasting difference in so many lives.
We are so thankful for your leadership and heart, Nate! Thank you for all you do! 💛
