Feature Friday ⭐️
This week we’re so excited to highlight Grace!
Grace is such a special part of our MCLC family. As the owner’s daughter, she truly has a heart for this place—and it shows in everything she does. She comes in and volunteers her time so selflessly, always stepping in wherever she’s needed without hesitation.
You’ll often see Grace helping teachers in the classrooms, playing with the kids, assisting with activities, and making sure everyone feels cared for and included. She has such a natural ability with the children, and they absolutely adore her!
Grace has a big dream of becoming a teacher one day, and we can already see that calling on her life. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to serve others make her a perfect fit for the classroom.
We are so thankful for you, Grace, and the joy and support you bring to our center every single day! 💛

Feature Friday!
Today we are so honored to feature our founder, Angela Didway!

Angela is a proud mom of 4 and a grandmother to 11 amazing grandchildren who mean the world to her. Her love for her family shines through in everything she does, and that same love extends to every child, parent, and staff member who walks through our doors.

If you know Angela, you know she is truly one of the kindest and most genuine people you will ever meet. She is always willing to teach, guide, and encourage others, and she has a special way of making people feel seen, valued, and cared for. Her wisdom and heart have impacted so many lives, and she continues to pour into those around her every single day.

Angela has created such a beautiful, welcoming, and nurturing environment—one that truly feels like family. Her vision and dedication have shaped this center into a place where children are loved, staff are supported, and relationships truly matter. She leads with grace, compassion, and a servant’s heart in everything she does.

Most importantly, Angela shines the light of Jesus everywhere she goes. Through her kindness, her leadership, and her unwavering faith, she reflects His love in such a powerful and genuine way. It is evident in how she treats others and in the atmosphere she has built around her.

We are beyond grateful for Angela, for her heart, her leadership, and the legacy she continues to build each and every day. She is such a blessing to all of us, and we are better because of her!

🌟 Feature Friday! 🌟
Today we are featuring Michael Kinzie — our amazing maintenance man (and Shelby’s husband)!
Michael plays a huge role in keeping our center running smoothly every single day. From fixing things quickly to helping set up classrooms and handling outdoor projects, he is always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed. He takes pride in his work and helps ensure our environment is safe and functional for both staff and children.
What makes Michael truly special is his heart. He is dependable, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile without hesitation. Even though much of what he does happens behind the scenes, his impact is seen all throughout our center.
We are so thankful for Michael and everything he does for us — we appreciate you more than you know! 👏

🌟 Feature Friday: Hope Didway 🌟
This week for Feature Friday, we are excited to spotlight one of our amazing owners, Hope Didway!
Hope wears many hats and does it all with love and dedication. She is a devoted mom, a hardworking medical assistant, and a caring daycare owner who pours so much of herself into making sure our center runs well and our families are supported. Behind the scenes, Hope is constantly working, helping, organizing, and making sure everything is taken care of. So much of what she does often goes unseen, but it makes a huge difference every single day.
Hope has a heart for people and truly cares about the children, families, and staff here at our center. She helps create a place where kids can feel safe, loved, and encouraged as they grow and learn.
In addition to everything she does at home and at the daycare, Hope also loves serving at LifeSpring Church. Her faith is an important part of who she is, and she is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed. She has a true servant’s heart and is always looking for ways to support others.
Hope is a wonderful example of dedication, strength, and kindness, and we are so thankful for everything she does for our center and our community.
