🌟 Feature Friday: Felisha Taulbee 🌟
This week for Feature Friday, we are so excited to spotlight our incredible Center Director, Felisha Taulbee!
Felisha is the heart behind so much of what happens here each day. She is sweet, funny, caring, and always on the run making sure everything is taken care of. Whether she’s helping a teacher, talking with a parent, or loving on the kids, Felisha gives her whole heart to this center and to everyone who walks through our doors.
Felisha is a proud mama of three and a dedicated softball mom, which means her life is busy both in and out of the center. Even with such a full schedule, she always shows up with a smile and a positive attitude. Her energy and commitment inspire everyone around her.
One of the things we love most about Felisha is her strong Christian faith, which shines through in the way she leads and cares for others. She truly treats everyone like family and has a special gift for making staff, children, and parents feel comfortable and at home. When you walk into our center, you can feel the warmth and love she helps create.
Felisha works incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, and so much of what she does often goes unseen. From supporting staff to solving problems and making sure our center is a place where children can grow and thrive, she pours her heart into this ministry every single day.
We are so thankful for Felisha’s leadership, dedication, and servant’s heart. She is such a blessing to our center and to every family we serve.

🌟 Feature Friday 🌟
This week, we are excited to highlight Hank! While he may be the only guy on our team, his impact on our center is strong and meaningful. Hank supports our staff and students in so many ways, and he does it all with a genuinely kind heart and a great attitude.
Hank plays an important role behind the scenes, helping prepare lunches and assisting wherever help is needed throughout the day. His willingness to jump in, support the team, and serve in practical ways helps our center run smoothly and allows our teachers to focus on what matters most—caring for and teaching our children.
What truly sets Hank apart is the sweet spirit and humor he brings into the building. He adds joy, personality, and humor to everything he does, keeping the atmosphere light and fun while still being dependable and hardworking. His presence brings smiles to both staff and students alike.
We are incredibly thankful for Hank and the role he plays in supporting our team. His contributions may sometimes happen quietly, but their impact is felt every single day. We are so grateful to have him as part of the Maximum Child Learning Center family.

🌟 Feature Friday 🌟
This week, we are excited to feature Sarah, who has already made such a meaningful impact on our center in a short amount of time. Sarah is an amazing mother to two beautiful children, with a third on the way, and we truly don’t know how she does it all with such grace and strength. Her heart for children is evident in everything she does.
Although Sarah is still new to our team, she walked in with an incredible outlook and a willingness to learn, grow, and serve. She brings a calm, caring presence into the classroom and has quickly become an important part of our 2K classroom. Her nurturing nature, patience, and attentiveness help create a safe and loving environment where children feel supported and valued.
Sarah’s experience as a mother shines through in her work each day. She understands the needs of young children and approaches her role with compassion, consistency, and intentional care. Her positive attitude and dedication have already added so much to our team, and we are grateful for the way she supports both her students and her fellow teachers.
We are so thankful to have Sarah as part of the Maximum Child Learning Center family and look forward to seeing her continue to grow and thrive with us.
